Use the "My Tickets" link to look up your ticket by email and ticket number. You can also click the link in any email we send you about your ticket.
A magic link is a secure, unique URL that gives you access to your tickets without requiring a password. Request one from the "Request Access" page, and we'll email it to you. Links are valid for 7 days.
Our team typically responds within 24 hours during business days. Urgent issues are prioritized and may receive faster responses. You'll be notified by email when we reply to your ticket.
Yes! You can reply to open tickets by accessing them through the link in your email or by looking them up on our portal. Your replies will be visible to our support team immediately.
When we resolve your issue, we'll mark the ticket as "Resolved" and send you a notification. You can still view the ticket and its history. If the issue persists or you need further help, simply submit a new ticket.
